Start Here: A Quick Orientation

Effective Date: 15.11.25

Hey there! We’re so happy to have you here at UNFQD Ltd. We want you to get the most out of our services—whether that’s coaching, experiences, done-for-you business systems, digital resources, or anything else we decide to launch.

To keep things running smoothly and drama-free, we have these Terms and Conditions in place.

These terms are here to protect both of us (no shady surprises, just good business). They're straightforward and legally binding, so please read them carefully.

If something isn’t clear, don’t sweat it — reach out at [email protected], and we’ll walk you through it.

By using our services, you’re agreeing to play by these rules.
Let’s build something amazing together!

About UNFQD Ltd

Welcome to UNFQD Ltd — a UK-based limited company dedicated to building ND-safe, sustainable, rebellion-led business systems for neurodivergent entrepreneurs.

Our mission is simple: to help you build a business that works with your brain, not against it.

We do this through a mix of digital products, ND-friendly frameworks, AI-powered tools, free educational experiences, and (when relevant) coaching and support.

- These Terms and Conditions apply to all services and digital resources offered by UNFQD Ltd, including:

- Free and paid digital experiences

- Courses, trainings, frameworks, and templates

- Business tools, downloads, and AI-supported resources

- Any future services or offers we create as the brand evolves

By accessing or using any of our services, you’re agreeing to these terms — they keep everything clean, clear, and drama-free.

If you ever need clarity or support with anything here, you can reach us anytime at:
[email protected]

Definitions

To keep everything clear and meltdown-free, here are the key terms we use throughout this Agreement:

Client

The individual, business, or entity engaging with UNFQD Ltd for any services or digital products.

Services

All offerings provided by UNFQD Ltd, including (but not limited to):

- free and paid digital experiences,

- courses, frameworks, workshops, and trainings,

-templates, tools, and downloadable resources,

- AI-supported materials,

and any future services we introduce as the brand evolves.

(We keep this definition broad so it covers everything now and everything we create later.)

Agreement

The legally binding contract formed when you purchase, access, or use any UNFQD Ltd service or digital product.

By using our services, you accept these terms.

Digital Products

Any electronic content provided by UNFQD Ltd, including downloads, templates, trainings, frameworks, modules, documents, and other resources delivered online.

Us/We/Our

Refers to UNFQD Ltd — the company providing the goods, services, and mildly rebellious ND-friendly business systems.

Who Can Use UNFQD™

We aim to make UNFQD™ as accessible and inclusive as possible.

That said, a few boundaries help keep things safe, legal, and drama-free:

General Access

Anyone can access our public-facing website, free resources, and digital content regardless of nationality, location, identity, or personal circumstances. (We don’t gatekeep. Ever.)

Age Requirement

You must be 18 or older to purchase or participate in any UNFQD Ltd services or digital products.

If you are under 18 and somehow find your way into our world, you may only access free resources with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Confirmation

By using our services, downloading our resources, or purchasing anything from us, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Each membership tier or offer will have its own detailed terms at the time of purchase.

Workshops, Coaching & Live Support (As Offered)

Occasional workshops, live calls, co-regulation sessions, or coaching opportunities may be made available throughout the year.

These will always be clearly described with their own terms when they’re open.

Future Services

UNFQD™ is a living ecosystem.

We may introduce new tools, courses, experiences, or support services that align with our mission:

helping ND entrepreneurs build businesses that actually work for their brain.

Service-Specific Terms

Each service, digital product, membership, or experience will have its own booking details, pricing, and additional terms clearly presented before you purchase.

If you’re ever unsure, confused, overwhelmed, or just want clarity, email us at

[email protected] — we’ll help you find the right path.

How Booking & Payments Work

We keep the booking and payment process as simple and low-pressure as possible — but there are a few things you need to know so everything runs smoothly for both of us.

Booking

How you book or access a service will depend on the specific offer. This may include:

- direct checkout for digital products, templates, tools, and experiences

- an application or onboarding process for memberships or coaching (when available)

- event registration for live workshops or trainings

If a service requires additional steps (e.g., an application form or call), this will be clearly stated before you begin.

You are responsible for submitting accurate information during booking.

Incorrect details may delay access or impact service delivery.

Payment Terms

Payment options will always be shown at checkout and may include:

- full upfront payment

- payment plans

- subscription billing (e.g., for memberships)

We currently accept:

- Stripe

- Bank transfer for certain offers

All payments must be completed within the timelines provided at checkout.

Failure to complete a payment may result in:

- paused or restricted access

- suspension of membership

- removal from programs or experiences

Payment plans are a courtesy, not a legal right.

We may withdraw or modify payment plan availability at any time.

Payment Failure

If a payment fails, you’ll receive a notification and a grace period to resolve it.

If the issue isn’t resolved:

- your access may be paused

- your subscription may be cancelled

- any outstanding balance may still be owed

Repeated failed payments may result in permanent removal from a service or membership, with no refund.

We’ll always communicate clearly before taking action — no surprises.

Need Help Before Paying?

If you’re unsure about anything before purchasing, overwhelmed by options, or need clarity, email us at:

[email protected]

We’re happy to walk you through it calmly and clearly.

Refunds & Cancellations (No Shame, No Surprises)

We understand that life happens, energy drops, and ND brains do what ND brains do.

Our policies aim to be fair, clear, and grounded — without putting either of us in a stressful situation.

All specific refund and cancellation terms will always be shown at checkout, but here’s the overall guidance:

Service-Specific Policies

Different services have different refund rules.

The exact terms for each offer are fully detailed at the point of purchase.

Those specific terms override this general policy.

Here’s how it works across our ecosystem:

Digital Products & Downloads

Because digital tools, templates, courses, and resources are delivered instantly, they are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

This protects the integrity of our work.

Free Experiences (including the 10-Day programs)

They’re free — no refunds needed.

If you ghost halfway through, we assume your brain needed a nap. Zero judgement.

Memberships (No-Contract / Cancel Anytime)

All UNFQD™ memberships are no-contract and commitment-free.

- You can cancel your subscription at any time.

- It is your responsibility to cancel before your next billing date.

- We do not offer refunds for payments already processed.

- After you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

No tying you in. No guilt. No weird retention tactics.

Courses & Programs (Including Payment Plans)

Some courses or programs may offer payment plan options.

- Payment plans are a convenience, not a contract — but once you start one, all scheduled payments must be completed.

- Access may be paused if a payment fails until it’s resolved.

- Refund eligibility depends on whether content has been accessed and the specific terms shown at purchase.

We’ll always communicate clearly so there are no surprises.

Workshops / Live Events

Refunds may not be available after:

- the event has taken place, or

- event materials have been delivered

If rescheduling is possible, we’ll let you know in advance.

Cancellations by You

If you need to cancel or withdraw from a service, please email: [email protected]

Refund eligibility depends on:

- the specific terms of the offer

- whether the service has started

- whether digital content has already been accessed

- how far in advance you contact us (for live events or coaching)

We don’t do shame — but we also don’t offer refunds outside the agreed terms.

Rescheduling

For any service that includes live or scheduled elements:

You may be able to reschedule if you contact us within the timeframe listed in the offer.

If notice isn’t given in time, the session may be forfeited.

This is standard industry practice and keeps things fair on both sides.

Cancellations by Us

If we need to cancel or reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or life being life:

We will offer a reasonable alternative, or

Provide a refund if the service cannot be delivered

We always communicate clearly — no radio silence, no mystery gaps.

Where to Find Your Specific Refund Policy

Every product, program, membership, or service will show its own refund terms clearly at checkout.

Those specific terms are the ones that apply.

What We’re Responsible For — and What You Are

We create tools, systems, and educational experiences designed to support neurodivergent entrepreneurs — but there are some important boundaries to keep everything safe, ethical, and legally clean.

Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. We provide education and support — not professional advice.

UNFQD Ltd does not provide:

- medical advice

- psychological advice

- legal advice

- financial advice

- clinical diagnosis

- therapeutic intervention

Any guidance we offer is educational and supportive in nature.

For medical, mental health, legal, or financial decisions, please consult an appropriate licensed professional.

2. No guaranteed results.

Everyone’s brain, business, capacity, and circumstances are different.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our tools, courses, membership, AI guidance, or any other services.

You are responsible for how you apply the material.

3. Capacity & sound decision-making.

By engaging with our services, you confirm that you have the capacity and discretion to make informed decisions about your life and business.

If you feel unsure or dysregulated, please pause, seek appropriate support, or return when you’re ready.

4. External factors are not our responsibility.

We are not liable for interruptions or issues outside our control, including (but not limited to):

- internet failures

- platform outages

- software changes

- emergencies

- illness

- “my brain shut down for 3 days” moments (we relate, but we can’t be liable)

5. Your choices = your responsibility.

Any decisions you make based on our content, tools, or guidance are ultimately your own.

We’re here to support — not to take over your agency, autonomy, or responsibility.

Client Responsibilities

To make the most of your experience with UNFQD™, you agree to:

1. Engage with the material realistically.

Use the tools, frameworks, and resources in a way that fits your capacity.

(You do NOT need to be perfect. Just present.)

2. Communicate with us if you need help or clarity.

If something feels unclear, overwhelming, or like your nervous system is fighting you, message us so we can support you properly.

3. Respect the space.

Treat UNFQD Ltd staff, community members, and fellow participants with kindness and professionalism.

This includes respecting boundaries, confidentiality, and the emotional safety of others.

4. Honour the work.

If a service includes tasks, prompts, or actions, try to complete them in good faith.

Your results depend on your level of engagement.

5. Maintain access integrity.

Do not share login details, pirated materials, or copyrighted content.

This protects the entire ecosystem.

Non-compliance

Failure to uphold these responsibilities may:

- limit the effectiveness of services

- impact your access

- or result in termination (with no refund where terms have been breached)

We always aim for fairness and communication before taking action.

How We Treat Each Other Here (Community Standards)

UNFQD™ is built to be a safe, supportive, and non-performative space for neurodivergent humans.

To protect that, we have a few ground rules.

By using our services, membership spaces, or any community features, you agree to the following:

Expected Behaviour

1. Respect

Treat UNFQD Ltd staff, contractors, collaborators, and other clients with respect, kindness, and basic human decency — even when you’re tired, overwhelmed, or frustrated.

2. Confidentiality

If you’re part of any group spaces (live calls, chats, community threads, workshops, etc.), you agree:

- not to share other people’s stories, details, or struggles outside the space

- not to screenshot or record other participants without explicit consent

People deserve to feel safe being real.

3. Engagement

When you join a live session, event, or container, you agree to:

- show up in a way that’s safe for you (cameras on/off is okay)

- avoid intentionally disruptive behaviour

- participate in good faith where you can

We’re not grading your performance — we just ask that you’re present and respectful.

4. Prohibited Behaviour

The following are not tolerated in any UNFQD™ space or platform:

- harassment, bullying, or abusive language

- discrimination, hate speech, or targeted harm

- doxxing, gossip, or sharing someone’s private information

- disruptive behaviour that derails calls, events, or communities

- recording, copying, or distributing UNFQD content, calls, or resources without permission

- using UNFQD platforms to pitch, spam, or promote your own offers unsolicited

Basically:

Don’t be a dick. Don’t exploit the space. Don’t harm others.

Consequences of Violating This Code

If you violate this Code of Conduct, UNFQD Ltd may, at our discretion:

- give you a warning and an opportunity to adjust, or

- immediately remove you from services, communities, or spaces without a refund in serious or repeated cases

In more serious situations (e.g., harassment, defamation, threats, or intellectual property theft), we may pursue legal action if necessary.

All decisions about what constitutes a breach of this Code are made at our discretion.

We always aim to respond fairly and proportionately, but the safety of the wider community comes first.

If you’re unsure whether something is okay — or you feel uncomfortable about someone else’s behaviour in the UNFQD™ ecosystem — please email us at: [email protected]

We actually care, and we will take it seriously.

How We Protect Your Stories (Confidentiality)

Confidentiality is a big deal here.

UNFQD™ is meant to be a safe, grounded space where people can show up as they are — messy, brilliant, overwhelmed, proud, exhausted, or anywhere in between.

To make that possible, we have clear commitments on both sides.

Our Commitment

We take confidentiality seriously and will never share your personal information, stories, struggles, or business details unless:

- you give explicit permission, or

- we are legally required to do so (e.g., threats to safety, court orders, or statutory obligations)

Any information you provide — whether through forms, calls, community spaces, messages, or coaching — is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or casually leak your information.

Your trust matters more than our marketing strategy.

Confidentiality in Group Spaces

If you participate in live calls, workshops, group sessions, community forums, chats, or any other shared environment, you agree to:

- keep other people’s stories private

- never share screenshots, recordings, or details of what others say

- protect the identities and personal details of fellow participants

- treat shared emotional experiences with respect, not gossip

People deserve to feel safe being human.

Your Responsibility

To support a safe environment for everyone, you agree:

- not to record calls or take screenshots unless explicitly allowed

- not to repost, reuse, or distribute anything shared by other members

- not to treat someone else’s vulnerability as entertainment

- to ask for consent if you want to share something that includes someone else

Mutual confidentiality = mutual trust.

UNFQD™ Content & Confidentiality

We may record live calls or workshops for educational or delivery purposes only, and only when explicitly stated in advance.

Recordings may be placed inside digital programs or membership libraries.

You agree not to:

- download or share recordings

- add them to your own materials

- distribute them outside the UNFQD™ ecosystem

UNFQD™ content stays inside UNFQD™.

AI Submissions

If you submit text, content, or personal details for AI support or tools within the ecosystem, you acknowledge this information may be processed by third-party platforms (e.g., AI tools or integrations).

We do our best to choose safe, reputable providers, but you are responsible for reviewing any platform’s terms if you have concerns.

When Confidentiality Cannot Be Maintained

We may need to break confidentiality if:

- you disclose intent to harm yourself or someone else

- there is a legal obligation to report or disclose information

- there is evidence of illegal activity

- you threaten the safety of the community

This is rare, but we take safety seriously.

Why This Matters

Maintaining confidentiality protects:

- your safety

- the safety of others

- the emotional regulation of the space

- the integrity of the community

- the ND-friendly, shame-free culture we are building

This isn’t just a legal clause — it’s how we create a space where people can exhale.

How You Can Use Our Content (IP Stuff, Made Simple)

We pour a lot of time, energy, and lived experience into creating the UNFQD™ ecosystem.

To keep it safe (for us and for you), we need to be super clear about who owns what and how you’re allowed to use it.

Our Content = Our Intellectual Property

Unless we say otherwise in writing:

All UNFQD™ content is owned by UNFQD Ltd (or our licensors), including but not limited to:

- templates,

- systems,

- frameworks,

- worksheets,

- scripts,

- trainings,

- videos,

- audio,

- workbooks,

- PDFs,

- lessons,

- AI prompts and

- prompt frameworks,

- tools,

- digital downloads,

- branding,

- program names,

- course names, and

- The Neurodivergent AI Architect™ / UNFQD™ ecosystem as a whole.

This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

By buying or accessing our services, you do not gain ownership of any of this content.

You’re getting a license to use, not a license to copy-paste our life’s work into your own products.

Your License to Use Our Stuff

When you purchase or access a service, program, or digital product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the materials:

- for your own personal and/or business use,

- for the purpose they were clearly created for (e.g., running your business, supporting your workflows, learning and implementing our frameworks).

You may:

- use the tools, frameworks, scripts, and strategies inside your own life and business,

- adapt them privately to suit your brain, your processes, and your systems,

- use the results, insights, and outcomes in your own work with clients (e.g. better systems, clearer offers, smoother workflows).

You must not:

- copy, duplicate, or redistribute our materials to others as-is (paid or free),

- upload our content into your own course, program, membership, or template library,

- white-label, rebrand, or present our frameworks or tools as if you created them,

- sell, license, or “plug in” our materials into other people’s programs without our written permission.

If you want to integrate UNFQD™ frameworks into something you’re building at scale (like your own course or membership), email us at [email protected] and we can talk about licensing.

Sharing, Logins & Access

To keep the ecosystem safe and fair:

- You must not share your login details, member access, downloads, or any gated content with anyone else.

- You must not give third parties access to membership areas, private libraries, or paid resources using your account.

- You must not upload our material to public drives, shared folders, or platforms where others can download it.

If we have reasonable grounds to believe our content is being shared, misused, or distributed without consent, we may:

- pause or terminate your access (without refund where terms have been breached), and/or

- take legal action where appropriate.

We genuinely don’t want drama — but we will protect the work.

Your Content & Intellectual Property

You still own your own stuff.

Any content, ideas, brand assets, or business materials you bring into sessions, programs, or communities remain your intellectual property.

We don’t claim ownership over your brand, your offers, your content, or your business strategy.

If we ever want to feature your work (e.g., as a case study, screenshot, or testimonial), we’ll either:

- ask for your permission, or

- anonymise it so you’re not identifiable.

Testimonials, Wins & Shared Results

If you choose to share feedback, wins, or results (for example in emails, messages, forms, or community posts), you agree that:

- we may use anonymised or named testimonials in our marketing,

- we’ll always do this in a way that’s respectful, non-exploitative, and in alignment with our Privacy Policy,

- you can withdraw consent for named testimonials at any time by emailing us — and we’ll stop using it on future materials.

Questions or Permissions

If you’re not sure whether something counts as fair use, or you’d like to:

- license UNFQD™ methods for your own programs,

- collaborate,

- or feature parts of the framework in your own work at scale,

please email us at: [email protected]

We’re humans. We’re reasonable. Just ask first.

How We Use AI (And What You Need to Know)

UNFQD™ is deeply intertwined with AI — ethically, transparently, and in a way that supports neurodivergent brains without overwhelming them.

To keep everything clean, safe, and legally solid, here’s what you need to know about how AI is used inside our ecosystem.

How AI Is Used Inside UNFQD™

Across our programs, tools, digital products, and membership spaces, we may use AI to:

- support your learning and implementation

- offer prompt frameworks, scripts, or automation

- provide examples, templates, and drafts

- help you translate ideas, reduce overwhelm, or break tasks down

- augment—not replace—human strategy and support

We use AI responsibly and intentionally, with ND-accessibility and emotional regulation at the centre.

AI Is Not a Human Professional

Even though our AI frameworks feel intuitive, grounded, and supportive:

AI is not a substitute for:

- legal advice

- medical advice

- psychological or therapeutic support

- financial advice

- safeguarding or crisis intervention

- personalised professional services

Any outputs created through AI tools, prompts, or workflows must be reviewed and applied at your discretion.

You are responsible for double-checking, editing, and making your own informed decisions.

Accuracy, Errors & Hallucinations

AI tools can occasionally:

- produce inaccurate information

- misunderstand context

- “hallucinate” or generate false details

- offer suggestions that don’t fit your specific situation

By using our AI-supported materials, you acknowledge that:

- we are not liable for inaccuracies or errors generated by AI

- AI outputs should not be treated as guaranteed truth

- you should verify important information before acting on it

We design our prompts and frameworks to reduce these risks as much as possible — but no AI system is perfect.

Your Responsibility When Using AI

When engaging with AI tools or prompts provided by UNFQD™:

You agree to:

- use AI ethically and within the Terms of each platform (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, etc.)

- avoid using AI to create harmful, discriminatory, or unethical content

- independently verify any important information before taking action

- use your own judgment when applying AI-generated suggestions

- ensure that confidential or sensitive information you upload is shared intentionally and with awareness of the tool’s policies

AI is powerful — and it requires responsible use.

Data Submitted to AI Tools

If you choose to paste content, business details, personal reflections, or sensitive information into:

- AI chat tools

- embedded AI forms

- prompt frameworks

- or any integrated platform

you acknowledge that your data may be processed by third-party providers.

We only use reputable AI services, but:

- we cannot control how external platforms store or process your data

- you are responsible for reviewing the third-party platform’s Terms & Privacy Policy if you have concerns

We will never intentionally share your data with AI tools without your action or consent.

AI Outputs & Intellectual Property

Unless specified otherwise:

- AI-generated outputs created using our prompts, frameworks, or tools are for your personal use only

- you may edit, implement, or adapt them inside your own work

however, you may not resell or redistribute the outputs as standalone products using our proprietary prompts or frameworks

If you want to build your own AI-integrated offers using our methods, please contact us for licensing.

No AI Reliance for Critical Decisions

AI is a support tool — not a decision-maker.

By using AI inside the UNFQD™ ecosystem, you acknowledge that:

- business decisions are your responsibility

- safeguarding decisions require human judgment

- legal or financial decisions must be reviewed by a qualified professional

- mental health or crisis situations require licensed human support

AI is here to support your brain — not replace it.

If AI Tools Are Unavailable

If an AI service (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) experiences:

- outages

- bugs

- updates

- feature changes

- limitations

UNFQD Ltd is not responsible for:

- delays in your workflow

- reduced functionality

- loss of access to third-party services

- changes in output quality

We will always try to offer alternative routes, backup prompts, or guidance when possible — but we can’t control external platforms.

Questions or Concerns About AI

If you have questions about safety, responsible use, platform options, or how to keep your data secure, email us any time at:

[email protected]

We’ll walk you through it calmly and clearly — no tech panic required.

Access to Your Stuff (And What Happens If Tech Breaks)

We want you to have smooth, reliable access to everything you’ve purchased — but because we’re all living in the real world (where platforms glitch, brains glitch, and the internet occasionally combusts), here’s what you need to know.

This section protects both of us, keeps expectations grounded, and prevents unnecessary panic spirals.

Access to Digital Products & Services

When you purchase a digital product, course, membership, or experience, you’ll receive access through the platform we’re using at the time (e.g., Skool, Google Drive, PDFs, hosted pages, etc.).

Your access may include:

- downloadable materials

- online modules or libraries

- community spaces or threads

- AI-supported tools

- live or pre-recorded sessions (where included)

Unless otherwise stated:

- Access is for your personal use only

- Access is non-transferable

- Access continues for the timeframe described at checkout (e.g., lifetime, annual membership, ongoing subscription, or limited-time experience)

If a product includes “lifetime access,” that refers to the lifetime of the product, not your human lifespan.

(Translation: if the product is ever retired or replaced, we may discontinue access — but we always act fairly and transparently.)

Availability & Platform Changes

We do our very best to keep everything up, running, and accessible.

BUT:

We may need to:

- move content to a new platform

- redesign delivery systems

- update, edit, or improve digital resources

- retire outdated materials

- remove old content that no longer fits the ecosystem

We’ll always give reasonable notice for major changes, unless an urgent situation forces a quick transition.

Access to updated versions is provided at our discretion.

Tech Disruptions (AKA: When the Internet Throws a Tantrum)

We’re not responsible for service interruptions outside our control, including:

- platform outages (Skool, Drive, email providers, hosting, AI tools)

- internet connection failures

- browser issues

- device problems

- software updates

- OS conflicts

- AI downtime or hallucinations

- “my tech brain stopped braining” days (we empathise, but can’t be liable)

We’ll always do our best to communicate clearly and help troubleshoot — but we can’t guarantee that third-party platforms will never glitch.

Login & Access Issues

You are responsible for:

- keeping your login details secure

- using the correct email at checkout

- updating your email address if it changes

- ensuring payments remain current (for memberships/subscriptions)

- checking spam/junk folders for access emails

- using the platform tools as instructed

If access is delayed because:

- your email was entered incorrectly

- your payment failed

- your device/software/browser is incompatible

- you deleted or lost important emails

- you didn’t check your spam folder

…that’s not something we can refund or compensate for.

We’ll help you fix it — but it’s still your responsibility.

Maintenance & Scheduled Downtime

Sometimes we need to:

- update content

- clean up the library

- run maintenance

- move or reorganise materials

- fix bugs

- improve the user experience

We reserve the right to temporarily pause access to make this happen.

We aim to keep downtime minimal and will communicate whenever possible.

Third-Party Tools & Integrations

Some products include or rely on third-party tools such as:

- AI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)

- Google Drive

- Skool

- Go High Level

- Stripe

External software or applications

We don’t control—

- changes in features,

- pricing,

- availability,

- outages,

- updates,

- content policies,

- or data handling processes of those tools.

If a third-party tool changes or discontinues a feature your product relied on, we will always aim to offer a reasonable alternative — but we are not responsible for the actions of external platforms.

Data Loss

We strongly encourage you to:

- download resources when permitted

- save copies of worksheets you’ve customised

- back up things you write, create, or store externally

We’re not responsible for:

- lost work

- deleted files

- expired links

- accidental deletion

- corrupted downloads

- changes to platform storage policies

We will help recover what we reasonably can, but prevention is always safer.

When to Contact Us

If you’re locked out, confused, overwhelmed, or something isn’t working:

Email us at [email protected]

We’ll support you calmly and clearly — no shame, no judgment, no “did you try turning it off and on again?” energy (unless that actually is the fix).

When Access Might Be Paused or Removed

We want UNFQD™ to be a safe, stable, and supportive ecosystem — and part of that means having clear boundaries around when access may need to be paused or removed.

This section isn’t about punishment.

It’s about protecting the integrity of the space, the content, and everyone involved.

Reasons We May Terminate or Pause Access

We may pause, restrict, or terminate your access to any digital product, membership, course, service, or community space if:

payments fail repeatedly and aren’t resolved

- refund terms are breached

- login-sharing or unauthorised distribution of content is detected

- intellectual property misuse occurs

- harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour happens in any UNFQD™ space

- the Code of Conduct is violated

- platform misuse disrupts learning or community safety

- illegal activity is detected

- safety risks arise (toward yourself or others)

- you intentionally damage or undermine the community or brand integrity

We always aim for fairness and communication before taking action — unless the situation requires immediate intervention.

What Happens If Access Is Terminated

Depending on the situation, termination may include:

- losing access to digital libraries

- removal from community spaces

- cancellation of membership access

- revocation of course or program access

- blocked login/account

- loss of bonuses, templates, or AI-supported tools

Refunds will not be issued where termination occurs due to a breach of terms.

If termination is due to circumstances outside your control (e.g., health, emergency, or tech failure), we’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Your Right to Terminate

You may end your relationship with UNFQD Ltd at any time by:

- cancelling your membership (for subscription services)

- choosing not to renew paid products

- stopping use of digital or AI-supported materials

Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for payments already processed unless explicitly stated in the offer’s specific terms.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period (for memberships) or until the stated expiry period (for time-limited programs).

Account Security & Responsibility

You agree to:

- keep your login details private

- notify us if you suspect unauthorised access

- use the platform responsibly

- avoid anything that might compromise system integrity

If your account is compromised due to shared logins or security breaches on your side, we may pause or reset access to protect the ecosystem.

Appeal or Clarification

If you believe access was terminated unfairly or you want to clarify a situation:

Email us at [email protected]

We’ll review everything with fairness, calm, and transparency.

We Don’t Do Shame – But We Do Protect Our Space

This isn’t about punishment.

It’s about protecting:

- the ND safety of the community

- the integrity of the ecosystem

- the emotional wellbeing of participants

- the legal and creative boundaries of UNFQD™

- your experience and ours

If every relationship has clear boundaries, everyone feels safer.

When Access Might Be Paused or Removed

We want UNFQD™ to be a safe, stable, and supportive ecosystem — and part of that means having clear boundaries around when access may need to be paused or removed.

This section isn’t about punishment.

It’s about protecting the integrity of the space, the content, and everyone involved.

Reasons We May Terminate or Pause Access

We may pause, restrict, or terminate your access to any digital product, membership, course, service, or community space if:

payments fail repeatedly and aren’t resolved

- refund terms are breached

- login-sharing or unauthorised distribution of content is detected

- intellectual property misuse occurs

- harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour happens in any UNFQD™ space

- the Code of Conduct is violated

- platform misuse disrupts learning or community safety

- illegal activity is detected

- safety risks arise (toward yourself or others)

- you intentionally damage or undermine the community or brand integrity

We always aim for fairness and communication before taking action — unless the situation requires immediate intervention.

What Happens If Access Is Terminated

Depending on the situation, termination may include:

- losing access to digital libraries

- removal from community spaces

- cancellation of membership access

- revocation of course or program access

- blocked login/account

- loss of bonuses, templates, or AI-supported tools

Refunds will not be issued where termination occurs due to a breach of terms.

If termination is due to circumstances outside your control (e.g., health, emergency, or tech failure), we’ll work with you to find a reasonable solution.

Your Right to Terminate

You may end your relationship with UNFQD Ltd at any time by:

- cancelling your membership (for subscription services)

- choosing not to renew paid products

- stopping use of digital or AI-supported materials

Cancellation does not entitle you to refunds for payments already processed unless explicitly stated in the offer’s specific terms.

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period (for memberships) or until the stated expiry period (for time-limited programs).

Account Security & Responsibility

You agree to:

- keep your login details private

- notify us if you suspect unauthorised access

- use the platform responsibly

- avoid anything that might compromise system integrity

If your account is compromised due to shared logins or security breaches on your side, we may pause or reset access to protect the ecosystem.

Appeal or Clarification

If you believe access was terminated unfairly or you want to clarify a situation:

Email us at [email protected]

We’ll review everything with fairness, calm, and transparency.

We Don’t Do Shame – But We Do Protect Our Space

This isn’t about punishment.

It’s about protecting:

- the ND safety of the community

- the integrity of the ecosystem

- the emotional wellbeing of participants

- the legal and creative boundaries of UNFQD™

- your experience and ours

If every relationship has clear boundaries, everyone feels safer.

What We Can’t Promise (Important Notes)

UNFQD™ exists to support neurodivergent entrepreneurs with clear tools, grounded guidance, and ND-friendly business systems.

We’re here to help you build a life and business that works with your brain — not to replace professional support, bypass real-world variables, or promise outcomes we can’t ethically guarantee.

This section keeps everything honest, safe, and aligned.

No Professional Advice

Everything offered by UNFQD Ltd — including courses, workshops, AI-supported tools, digital products, strategies, and community discussions — is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We do not provide:

- medical or psychological advice

- financial advice

- legal advice

- therapeutic intervention

- clinical diagnosis

- regulated professional services

If you need support in any of these areas, please seek help from a qualified professional who is licensed in that field.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

We give you tools.

We give you frameworks.

We give you support.

We give you strategy.

We even give you AI enhancement.

But:

Your business, capacity, energy levels, environment, and personal circumstances all play a role in your results.

Therefore:

- we cannot and do not guarantee specific outcomes, earnings, growth, or success

- any examples, case studies, or testimonials represent possibilities, not promises

- your results depend on your own actions, timing, access to resources, and ability to implement

No smoke. No mirrors. No fabricated success stories.

Just truth.

You Are Responsible for Your Own Decisions

By using our services, you agree that:

- you are the one making decisions about your life and business

- you are responsible for evaluating the risks and benefits of applying anything we teach

- you will use your own judgment and seek professional advice where appropriate

- you understand that all business carries inherent risk

UNFQD™ supports you — but we don’t make decisions for you, and we’re not liable for the choices you make.

Technology, AI & Platform Limitations

AI tools and tech platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Skool, Google Drive, email) are not perfect and may occasionally:

produce incorrect information

- misunderstand instructions

- experience outages or delays

- behave unpredictably

We aim to minimise issues, but:

- we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access

- we are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies produced by AI tools

- you must verify important information before acting on it

- AI is powerful — but it is still a tool, not a flawless oracle.

Not a Crisis, Emergency, or Mental Health Service

UNFQD™ is not designed to support emergency, crisis, or high-risk situations.

If you are experiencing distress, harm risk, or mental health concerns, please seek support from:

- a licensed mental health professional

- your GP or doctor

- your local crisis line or emergency services

Your safety comes first — always.

Third-Party Content & External Links

We may occasionally share or reference tools, resources, or platforms created by third parties.

We don’t control their content, policies, updates, or practices.

We are not responsible for:

- changes to third-party platforms

- data handling or privacy practices outside UNFQD Ltd

- inaccuracies or issues with external services

- losses or damages arising from third-party use

We choose verified, trustworthy platforms — but we cannot guarantee their behaviour.

Personal Responsibility & Risk

By participating in any UNFQD™ service, you acknowledge that:

- business has inherent risk

- implementation requires your own judgment

- emotional responses are normal and your responsibility to navigate

- you must take appropriate breaks, regulate your capacity, and honour your nervous system

- any decisions you make or actions you take are your responsibility alone

You are the architect of your business.

We’re here to guide — not to stand in as your executive function, therapist, or legal guardian.

Questions About This Disclaimer

If anything feels unclear, triggering, confusing, or overwhelming, please contact us at:

[email protected]

We’ll walk you through it with clarity and care.

No shame. No pressure. No legal-ese overwhelm.

How We Use Your Wins + Stories (If You Say Yes)

We love celebrating your progress — big wins, tiny wins, messy wins, “holy shit I actually did this” wins.

Sharing success stories helps other neurodivergent entrepreneurs see what’s possible for them, too.

But your stories are yours, and we treat them with respect.

How We Use Testimonials

With your consent, UNFQD Ltd may share:

- written testimonials

- voice notes

- screenshots (with permission)

- feedback you’ve intentionally submitted

- progress updates you’ve offered to share

- case studies based on your experience

These may appear on:

- the UNFQD™ website

- sales pages

- social media

- emails

- educational materials

- presentations or trainings

We will never share sensitive, personal, or identifiable information without your explicit consent.

If we ever want to use something that includes private details, we’ll ask first — always.

Consent Comes First

We only use testimonials when:

- you give us explicit consent, or

- you voluntarily submit feedback for the purpose of being shared, or

- the content is anonymised so you cannot be identified

You are never required to provide testimonials.

UNFQD™ is a shame-free, pressure-free ecosystem.

You Can Withdraw Consent Anytime

If you previously gave permission and later change your mind, you can withdraw consent for future use by emailing:

[email protected]

After withdrawal:

- we’ll stop using your testimonial in new content

- we’ll remove it from active pages and future materials

- we may not be able to remove it from content already printed, published, or archived — but we’ll do everything reasonable to minimise future visibility

Your comfort matters more than our marketing.

How We Protect Your Story

When sharing wins or progress:

- we only highlight the parts you agree to

- we never exaggerate or distort your results

- we respect the nuance of ND journeys

- we present progress honestly, without glamorising hustle or perfection

- we will anonymise upon request

True stories hit harder than polished ones — and we honour that.

Community Wins & Shared Posts

If you share wins inside:

- Skool / Go High Level

- group threads

- workshops

- community spaces

…we will not share those publicly unless:

- you explicitly say we can, or

- you submit them directly when we ask for optional wins, or

- you give consent in a follow-up message or form

Your community vulnerability stays in the community unless you decide otherwise.

Questions About Testimonials

If you’re unsure, want clarity, or need reassurance about how your story might be used, reach out any time:

[email protected]

We’re human. We’ll talk it through — calmly, clearly, and with respect.

How Your Engagement Works (At Your Pace)

UNFQD™ works best when you engage with the materials in a way that honours your brain, your capacity, and your reality.

This clause isn’t about pressure — it’s about clarity, fairness, and shared responsibility.

We show up for you fully.

You show up for yourself in the ways you can.

That’s the agreement.

Your Role in the Process

By using UNFQD Ltd services, you acknowledge that:

- you are responsible for how you engage with the tools, frameworks, and resources

- your results depend, in part, on your own implementation, capacity, timing, and consistency-without-consistency

- ND-friendly systems still require some interaction — even the 10% version

- taking action is your responsibility, not ours

- ghosting is normal — and returnability is always available

There is no shame.

There is also no outcome without some level of participation.

What We Provide

UNFQD Ltd agrees to:

- deliver high-quality educational content

- provide ND-safe frameworks

- offer clear guidance and supportive structure

- communicate expectations fairly and transparently

- honour your nervous system instead of pushing hustle culture

But we cannot implement things for you.

(We’re your co-architect — not your executive function.)

You Are Responsible For

You agree to:

- complete tasks or exercises (in whatever capacity works for you)

- communicate with us when you need clarity or support

- ask for help before overwhelm turns into shutdown

- use tools and resources as intended

- honour community guidelines (when applicable)

- apply materials in a way that aligns with your own judgment

No perfection, no pressure — just participation in a form that supports your growth.

No Outcome Promises

You understand that:

- we do not guarantee specific business results, income, or personal breakthroughs

- outcomes vary based on your circumstances, energy, environment, and willingness to apply the work

- any testimonials or examples reflect individual experiences, not universal predictions

We support you.

We guide you.

We empower you.

But the outcomes are your own.

Questions or Support

If you ever feel unsure, overwhelmed, confused, or stuck:

Email us at [email protected]

We’ll walk you through things calmly, clearly, and without any judgment.

If Something Goes Wrong (How We Handle Issues Together)

We genuinely want every experience with UNFQD Ltd to feel supportive, clear, and drama-free.

If something goes wrong, we aim to resolve it with transparency, calm communication, and mutual respect — not conflict.

This section outlines how we handle disagreements in a way that’s fair to both of us.

Talk to Us First (Always)

If you’re unhappy with a service, confused about a term, or feel something isn’t right, please contact us before taking formal action.

Email: [email protected]

We will:

- listen

- respond thoughtfully

- work with you to understand the issue

- try to resolve things informally whenever possible

We don’t do defensiveness.

We do clarity, compassion, and grown-up conversation.

Mediation First (Optional but Encouraged)

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication:

Both parties agree to attempt mediation in good faith before pursuing legal action.

Mediation:

- is a neutral, guided process

- aims to find a fair solution

- is often faster and more cost-effective than court

- supports both parties in reaching mutually acceptable outcomes

Mediation can be carried out online or in person, depending on circumstances and location.

This step is not mandatory, but it is strongly encouraged because it helps avoid unnecessary escalation.

If Mediation Doesn’t Resolve the Issue

If mediation is unsuccessful — or if either party chooses not to participate — then either party may pursue legal action.

Any legal matters will:

- be handled under UK law, and

- fall under UK jurisdiction

This doesn’t take away your rights as a consumer.

It simply clarifies which legal system governs our agreement.

No Retaliation, No Drama

We promise:

- no retaliation for raising concerns

- no unprofessional behaviour

- no ghosting or avoiding accountability

You agree to:

- engage respectfully

- act in good faith

- avoid public defamation or harmful behaviour while a dispute is ongoing

Both sides commit to handling disagreements with integrity and maturity.

When to Skip Straight to Legal Action

Either party may bypass mediation and proceed directly to legal steps if:

- there is evidence of illegal activity

- someone’s safety is at risk

- urgent injunctive relief is required

- the dispute concerns serious breaches such as defamation or intellectual property theft

These situations are rare, but the option exists for protection.

Questions About This Process

If anything in this clause feels unclear, overwhelming, or anxiety-triggering:

Email us at [email protected]

We’ll explain it calmly and clearly — no shame, no fear tactics, no legal jargon spiral.

The Legal Stuff (UK Law Applies)

These Terms and Conditions — and any services you purchase or access from UNFQD Ltd — are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

If a dispute ever reaches the point of legal action (rare, but hey, life happens):

- the matter will be handled under UK law, and

- any legal proceedings will take place within UK jurisdiction

If you’re an international client:

You still have any additional consumer rights provided by your local laws.

Nothing here takes those away.

If anything about the legal framework feels confusing, overwhelming, or “my brain has stopped processing words,” you can always message us at:

[email protected]

We’ll walk you through it gently and clearly.

When We Update These Terms (And How We’ll Tell You)

UNFQD™ is a living, evolving ecosystem — and sometimes our Terms and Conditions need to evolve with it.

We update these terms when necessary to reflect:

- changes in our services or offerings

- updates to our systems or delivery methods

- shifts in legal or regulatory requirements

- improvements to clarity, safety, or client experience

We don’t change things to be sneaky.

We change things to keep everything clean, current, and supportive.

How We Communicate Changes

When we update these Terms:

- the most recent version will always be available on our website

- we may notify you by email or through the platform you use (e.g., membership portal, Skool, etc.) if the update is significant

- continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms

We keep updates transparent — no hidden clauses, no fine-print traps.

Your Responsibility

You’re responsible for:

- reviewing the latest version of these Terms periodically

- staying aware of updates that may affect your use of our services

- reaching out if anything feels unclear or confusing

We know legal pages can be overwhelming — you don’t have to decode them alone.

If You Don’t Agree With Updated Terms

If an update doesn’t sit right with you:

- you may stop using our services at any time

- you can contact us for clarity before making a decision

- refunds are not provided for changes to Terms unless specifically stated otherwise in a service’s own policy

We always aim to update with fairness and integrity.

Your comfort and understanding matter.

Need Help Understanding a Change?

If an update sparks confusion, anxiety, or the classic ND “I’ve read this three times and none of the words are landing,” email us at:

[email protected]

We’ll explain what changed and why — calmly, clearly, and without any pressure.

When We Update These Terms (And How We’ll Tell You)

If you ever need support, clarity, reassurance, or just a human response instead of legal jargon, you can reach us at:

[email protected]

We’re here to help — calmly, clearly, and without making you feel silly, overwhelmed, or “should already know this.”

- ask questions

- tell us what part didn’t make sense

- or let us know if you need it in a more ND-accessible explanation

Cookie Policy - Plain Text Version

Start Here: What This Cookie Policy Actually Means

Effective Date: 15.11.25

This Cookie Policy explains how UNFQD Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on our website.

Cookies are tiny text files that help websites work properly, stay secure, and show you relevant content.

They are not scary. They’re basically digital sticky notes that help the site remember you.

If you don’t like them, you can turn them off — no shame, no judgment.

The Types of Cookies We Use (Plain English)

We use a mix of four types of cookies.

Here’s the clean, human-friendly breakdown.

Essential Cookies (Required for the website to function)

These keep the website running, including:

- page loading

- secure logins

- checkout functionality

- form submissions

You can’t turn these off (they’re the “keep the lights on” cookies).

Analytics Cookies (Helps us improve the site)

These tell us things like:

- which pages people visit

- how long they stay

- what content is working

We may use tools like:

- Google Analytics

- GHL analytics

These help us build a better experience — not spy on you.

Marketing / Advertising Cookies (Optional)

If you’ve consented:

- Meta Pixel

- Google Ads tags

- TikTok Pixel (if added in future)

These help us show you relevant UNFQD™ content instead of random ads you don’t care about.

Functional Cookies (Enhance user experience)

These may remember things like:

- your preferences

- settings

- form inputs

- video player behaviour

- your cookie choices

They make the site smoother but aren’t mandatory.

Cookies We May Use in the Future (If Needed)

To keep this policy future-proof and aligned with the evolving UNFQD™ ecosystem, we may add:

- additional analytics

- retargeting tools

- automation platforms

- chat widgets

- AI-based personalisation

Any new tools will still follow UK GDPR and cookie consent standards.

How to Manage Your Cookie Preferences

You’re in control.

You can:

- accept all cookies

- reject non-essential cookies

- customise your cookie settings

- change your mind later

You can also disable cookies completely through your browser settings:

- Chrome

- Safari

- Firefox

- Edge

(They all have cookie-control options in “Privacy & Security.”)

Blocking cookies may affect how the site functions — but that’s your call.

Third-Party Cookies (What They Are + Why They’re Here)

Some cookies come from trusted third parties that help us run the business.

These may include:

- Stripe (payment processing)

- Meta (ads)

- Google (analytics + ads)

- GHL (tracking + automations)

-Email marketing / CRM tools

-Embedded video or media providers

We don’t control these cookies directly, but they follow their own privacy policies.

If you want to dive deeper (totally optional), you can review their cookie documents too.

How Long Cookies Stay on Your Device (Plain English)

Cookies may be:

Session cookies

Deleted when you close your browser.

Persistent cookies

Stay for a set period (days to months) unless you delete them.

We keep cookies only as long as needed for their purpose.

When We Update This Cookie Policy (And How You’ll Know)

We may update this Cookie Policy as our site evolves or legal requirements change.

When we do:

- the effective date at the top will update

- we may notify you if the changes are significant

- your continued use of the site = acceptance of updated cookies

Need Help or Have Cookie Questions? Contact Us

If you have questions, confusion, or a “WTF does any of this mean?” moment: [email protected]

We’ll explain cookies without making you feel stupid or overwhelmed.

Accessibility Statement - Plain Text Version

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Effective Date: 15.11.25

UNFQD™ was built for neurodivergent humans first — not as an afterthought, not as a diversity checkbox, but as the core of everything we do.

- GoHighLevel (GHL)

- Google Drive

- Stripe

- AI platforms

- Email providers

- Analytics tools

- Community platforms (if used)

These platforms have their own accessibility standards, which we cannot fully control — but we always choose platforms known for reliability and broad accessibility.

Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you encounter:

- a barrier

- a confusing layout

- unreadable text

- contrast issues

- sensory overload triggers

- unclear instructions

- inaccessible design

- anything that makes you go “ugh my brain can’t with this”

Please email us at:

[email protected]

We take all feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues as quickly as humanly possible.

A Human Note

You matter.

Your access needs matter.

Your pace matters.

Your brain is not an inconvenience.

We will always do our best to make UNFQD™ a place where you feel safe, supported, and able to engage in a way that works for your nervous system — not against it.

If something isn’t accessible to you yet, tell us.

We want to build this with you, not for you.

T's & C's - Plain Text Version

What UNFQD™ Offers (Services, Products + Experiences)

At UNFQD Ltd, we create ND-safe, rebellion-led business systems and support for neurodivergent entrepreneurs.

Everything we offer is designed to help you build a business that honours your energy, your capacity, and your actual human reality.

Here’s what we currently offer (and evolve over time):

The UNFQD™ Memberships

Our evolving ecosystem where members get access to:

- tell us what part didn’t make sense

- or let us know if you need it in a more ND-accessible explanation
