Accessibility Statement for UNFQD Ltd

Click each section below to expand — no pressure, no overwhelm.

Heads up: The plain-text version is ugly as FQ — no design, no layout, just the raw legal stuff.

It’s here for accessibility, screen readers, and low-visual-load brains.

Our Commitment to Accessibility

Effective Date: 15.11.25

UNFQD™ was built for neurodivergent humans first — not as an afterthought, not as a diversity checkbox, but as the core of everything we do.

Accessibility isn’t a feature here.

It’s the foundation.

We are committed to making our website, digital products, courses, and community spaces accessible and usable for as many people as possible, including people with:

- ADHD

- Autism

- AuDHD

- Dyslexia

- Dyspraxia

- OCD

- Anxiety

- Depression

- Trauma backgrounds

- Sensory processing differences

- Executive dysfunction

- Chronic illness or disability

- Speech, hearing, cognitive, or visual differences

If you’re ND, disabled, overwhelmed, or “my brain doesn’t FQing cooperate today” — you’re in the right place.

What We Aim to Provide

We actively work toward:

ND-Friendly Content Design

- clear, conversational language

- low-jargon explanations

- optional short summaries

- predictable structure

- supportive pacing

- emotionally regulated tone

Visual Accessibility

- high-contrast design (black + gold theme)

- readable typography

- ND-safe spacing and layouts

- minimalist design to reduce overwhelm

Flexible Learning Formats

Where possible, we offer:

- transcripts for video/audio

- downloadable resources

- written + visual explanations

- optional replays

- multiple formats for essential lessons

- tiered “10–30–60–90%” energy pathways

- zero-pressure pacing

Community Safety

Our spaces aim to be:

- non-judgmental

- shame-free

- consent-based

- ND-affirming

- low-pressure

- emotionally safe

Returnability is always part of the ecosystem — ghosting isn’t punished here.

What We’re Still Working On

Because UNFQD™ is a living ecosystem, we’re continuously improving.

We are actively working to:

- add more transcripts and accessible formats

- reduce sensory overwhelm where possible

- simplify navigation

- ensure colour contrast is WCAG AA compliant

- expand captioning and visual alternatives

- make forms more accessible for screen readers

- improve keyboard-only navigation

- audit animations and motion triggers

If you spot something inaccessible, we want to know.

You won’t hurt our feelings — you’ll help us make things better.

Assistance & Support

If you need support with anything on our website or in our programs, contact us at:

[email protected]

You can ask for:

- an alternative format

- clarity or explanation

- access support

- slower pacing

- fewer steps

- a simplified approach

- emotional accommodations (e.g. shame-free re-entry)

We will always respond with kindness, zero judgment, and actual solutions.

Third-Party Platforms

Some parts of the UNFQD™ ecosystem run through third-party platforms such as:

- GoHighLevel (GHL)

- Google Drive

- Stripe

- AI platforms

- Email providers

- Analytics tools

- Community platforms (if used)

These platforms have their own accessibility standards, which we cannot fully control — but we always choose platforms known for reliability and broad accessibility.

Reporting an Accessibility Issue

If you encounter:

- a barrier

- a confusing layout

- unreadable text

- contrast issues

- sensory overload triggers

- unclear instructions

- inaccessible design

- anything that makes you go “ugh my brain can’t with this”

Please email us at:

[email protected]

We take all feedback seriously and will work to resolve issues as quickly as humanly possible.

A Human Note

You matter.

Your access needs matter.

Your pace matters.

Your brain is not an inconvenience.

We will always do our best to make UNFQD™ a place where you feel safe, supported, and able to engage in a way that works for your nervous system — not against it.

If something isn’t accessible to you yet, tell us.

We want to build this with you, not for you.
